Hard to believe that I have been working under the banner of Ben Taggart Modelmaking & Design for 30 years! September 1994 is the date that I founded my business after leaving Gerry Judah’s studio, and a brief period freelancing for other model making firms. Since then I have run the business mostly single-handed, with occasional assistance from time to time. Thank you to everyone who has helped me along the way, thank you to my wonderful regular suppliers of materials, and most of all, thank you to all the brilliant clients who have requested my services and commissioned me to build models for them.

It is possible to create a model house portrait of any type of building, from town house to country estate, from shop or pub to Listed building. Without a site visit this makes the ultimate in surprise gifts! The service is not limited to the UK, and commissions are welcome from anywhere in the world! Please email me a single photo of your house, and let me know the rough location, and I will provide you with an estimate, or give me a call for more information.
